Hello ...!
As I mentioned in last week's newsletter, there ain't nothing like getting off the grid for a few days. As in, going to a campground where there is NO signal, so there's no way to check email, browse social media or upload photos. The only things a phone are good for at that point? Taking photos, tracking calories (if I bothered), tracking hikes (how does that work,
anyway, when you have no signal? That's some technology I'm still trying to understand), and, I suppose, playing games. But I don't play games on my phone, so that left me to taking a hundred or more photos! And videos, and tie-lapse and slo-mo videos. Fun stuff.
I hope you get a chance to regularly cut loose a little, recharge your mental batteries and get out of the norm of whatever you do. As my old friend Kris would say, "If it feels good, it's good for
