Hello ...!
Nice of you to join me again this week - thanks!
With spring in full swing, it means I've been doing a lot of yard work. What about you? Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to be so rich that you would have a whole full time staff of groundskeepers to take care of all of the lawn and shrubbery, trees and bark dust and so on. Hmmm? Yeah,
it'd probably be boring, right?
This week, no guest on the podcast/vlog, but a look at people who inspire - particularly women who inspire. Along with a tradeshow tip of the week, and a little back yard tour (since we're on the theme of yards this week).
Soundtrack for this week's newsletter:
Paul McCartney and Wings' Red Rose Speedway. I was 17 when this album by the former Beatle came out. In retrospect, not one of McCartney's best efforts, but it has always meant a lot to me. I spent the summers of '72 and '73 living on a farm, a hundred miles from home, working six days
a week, 12 hours a day. The few hours I got to myself were spent listening to music. This was one album that brings back those days in an instant.
