Hey ...!
Thanks for joining me this week - I truly appreciate that you opened up this email again. Or maybe you're a new subscriber and are here for the first time. In any event, welcome and thanks.
A few things to send your way this week: an interview with Jim Shelman of Classic Rental Solutions about what's new in
the rental exhibit world. Also, an interview that Biz Communication Guy Bill Lampton did with me recently, a guest post from Nathan Sharpe of Biznas and a really cool infographic courtesy of US Event Management.
Soundtrack for today's issue is community radio station
KMUZ in Salem, Oregon. I was on the founding board and one of the first DJs when we went on the air in December, 2011. Community radio is a
different animal than commercial radio, where I spent 25 years. The station is completely volunteer-run, from the management to the administration to the 60 or so DJs who volunteer their time to do their weekly shows, from rap to hip-hop to hillbilly country to reggae to public affairs, classic rock, alternative music and so much more.
Give a listen and see if you find a program you like!
