Hi ,
Moving right along...it's been a great (and busy) week at TradeshowGuy Exhibits. We finalized another two deals with clients who are heading to Natural Products Expo West in March. So we'll be busy for a few weeks! And then the show itself. As I was discussing with an exhibitor today at the NW Food and Beverage World, who attends Expo West, I both dread and look forward to the show. It's a crazy and chaotic week, but I love it.
This week on the vlog/podcast, a look at how exhibitors are leaving a bunch of money on the table, in so many ways, by not having a cohesive plan. I spoke with Dianna Geairn and Alice Heiman of Tradeshow Makeover, who work with exhibitors to truly organize their tradeshow marketing programs in a remarkable way. And it is a deep dive. Get ready for what may become a ground-breaking program for exhibitors and show organizers as it
unfolds.
Another couple of posts in the past week: thoughts on teamwork, and how tradeshow marketers can be motivated by both fear and love.
Soundtrack to this week's newsletter (that's what I listen to when writing it):
T. Rex's "Tanx" album, released in 1973. Yup, my childhood. I wasn't into T. Rex, but my older brother was, so I got exposed by sharing a bedroom with
him. Not a fantastic album. No big hits, but it certainly has that T. Rex groove!
