Hi ,
Heading to the
Cannabis Collaborative Conference this week in Portland at the Expo Center. TradeshowGuy Exhibits will be exhibiting in booth space #420, and yeah, we're gonna have a little fun with that online. Follow us on
Twitter and
Instagram this Wednesday
and Thursday to see what comes out!
New on the blog this week: another great guest post from Stacy Gavin on trends to watch for in 2019, and a look at some of the pre-show marketing and thoughts I have around this week's Cannabis Conference.
Also, a new podcast that touches on superstitions, and digs a little deeper into what's going on TradeshowGuy Exhibits. And you'll see how I manage to do all this when my digital microphone suddenly stopped working.
Soundtrack for this week's missive:
Geoffrey Oryema's first album
Exile. Geoffrey, who died last year at the age of 65, was a Ugandan musician who lived much of his life in exile after his father was murdered in 1977 by the security forces of Idi Amin.
Exile is a fascinating, light-sounding collection of music in which is sings in the language of his youth, Swahili and Acholi. Track down a copy of the album - it's worth it!
