Hi ,
I trust you got a little rest over the three-day Memorial Day weekend (here in the USA)! We stayed home and worked on the house. As a homeowner there are always projects, amirite? But I know that campgrounds were full, freeways were crowded and many people took advantage of the extra-long weekend to get out of the house.
On the TradeshowGuy Blog, a handful of new things: how to get ideas for tradeshow promotions and exhibit design, focussing on the moment to improve tradeshow sales, and an interview with Josh Banks and Marie Ferguson of TimeLapseCameras.com to talk about their product, which took home an NAB Product of the Year Award last month.
As for this week's soundtrack? I've been into some of the YES albums, and tracked
Big Generator while assembling this missive. The 1987 album came on the heels of the huge-selling
90125 which featured the #1 Hit
"Owner of a Lonely Heart." While Yes came from a progressive
rock beginnings, by this time they were more pop and commercial than previously. Worth a listen!
