Hi ,
Labor Day here in the states!
Are you laboring? Or are you taking the day off? Well, whatever you do (or did) on Labor Day, here's wishing you well for the rest of the year.
On the blog this week, a look at new protective equipment for businesses; a short video on what exhibitors should do looking ahead to an eventual return to their tradeshow schedule. Also, a podcast/vlog on trying to get a perspective on time, the universe and how your life fits in. That's a lot for ten minutes, right?
Soundtrack for this week's issue:
Little Feat's first album,
Little Feat. Recorded in late 1970, it was released in the January, 1971. I'm not a huge fan of the band, although
later albums, like the live "Waiting for Columbus," really hit the mark and I find myself listening to that one fairly regularly. Their first album is a bit hit and miss, but it shows the promise they developed over their next several albums before initially breaking up in 1979, shortly after Lowell George left over creative differences. George died a short time later of a cocaine-induce heart attack while on tour for his first solo album.
